Job Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and ensure work progress as per project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers for smooth execution of work.
Check quality of materials and workmanship, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Prepare daily site progress reports and update the project manager/management.
Monitor labor productivity, site safety, and resolve in office issues promptly.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain stock records.
Verify measurements, BOQ, and assist in the billing process.
Liaise with clients for site visits and provide updates on work progress.
