We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Loan Executive / Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their loan requirements, explaining suitable loan products, generating leads, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding loan products.
Understand customers' financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
Explain loan schemes, eligibility criteria, interest rates, tenure, and documentation requirements.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers and convert leads into applications.
Coordinate with the loan processing and sales teams for smooth application processing.
Collect and verify basic customer information and required documents.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide skilled and courteous customer service.
Ensure all customer communication is accurate and compliant with company policies.
Skills & RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of loans and financial products.
Hindi and English communication skills; knowledge of Marathi will be an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Prior experience in telecalling, banking, finance, insurance, or sales will be an advantage.
