We are looking for a Basic Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial records of the company. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting, good Excel skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle sales, purchase, expenses, receipts and payments entries.
Maintain and update Tally / accounting software.
Prepare invoices, bills and payment records.
Maintain bank and cash records.
Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Prepare basic reports and statements as required.
Coordinate with the HR/Admin team for salary and expense-related records.
Ensure accounting data is accurate and updated on time.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping.
Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Valuable understanding of Debit, Credit, Ledger, Journal and Bank Reconciliation.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification preferred.
Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
