Roles & Responsibilities
Visit customers for pending payment collections.
Handle assigned collection cases and achieve daily/monthly targets.
Maintain proper collection records and update reports.
Follow up with customers through calls and field visits.
Submit collected payments and required documents as per process.
Cover the assigned area and maintain regular customer visits.
