We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels, including Shopify and marketplaces like Etsy and Amazon.
Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and order processing.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for SEO.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and order fulfillment.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
Hands-on experience with Shopify and online marketplaces.
Knowledge of SEO, MS Excel, and inventory management.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Jewellery or fashion industry experience is an added advantage.
