Key Responsibilities: Relationship Manager
Partner Recruitment & Activation

● Identify, engage, and onboard current partners in line with the defined sales process.
Lead Conversion & Business Development

● Convert quality leads

● Ensure timely follow-up and closure of prospects.

● Maintain robust relationships with partners
Product Knowledge & Training

● Stay updated on current product launches, process enhancements, and policy changes.
Sales Process Adherence

● Follow the defined sales process diligently — from task allocation to execution and

reporting.

● Document activities and updates accurately in the sales process system (CRM).

● Ensure compliance with all internal policies and business ethics standards.
Continuous Learning & Development

● Participate in training sessions and development programs identified by management.
