We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented candidates to join our outlet teams as Commis, Brew Master, or Bartender. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food & beverages, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant/café workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Commis
Assist in food preparation as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and hygiene of food ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock rotation.
Brew Master
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as per established recipes and standards.
Operate and maintain coffee machines and brewing equipment.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Maintain cleanliness of the beverage station and equipment.
Assist with inventory management of coffee, milk, syrups,
and other ingredients.
Provide a welcoming and knowledgeable experience to guests.
Bartender
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
Ensure responsible handling and storage of beverages and bar supplies.
Maintain adequate stock levels and minimize wastage.
Deliver courteous and efficient service to guests.
Follow all applicable company policies and legal requirements.
Candidate Profile
Prior experience in a café, restaurant, bar, hotel, or QSR environment is preferred.
Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and team-oriented.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
