Ensure rapid, accurate and professional service.
Positive knowledge of food, beverages and brewery products.
Handle guest queries and service requests professionally.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar and Cashier for smooth operations.
Supervise and guide the service team.
Ensure SOP, hygiene, grooming and service standards are followed.
Valuable communication and upselling skills.
Brewery experience preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
