Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain valuable relationships with customers and provide timely assistance.

Coordinate with the sales, ticketing, and operations teams when required.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and bookings.

Handle customer questions and resolve basic issues professionally.
