Key Responsibilities
Supervise installation, repair, maintenance and servicing of automatic barriers, bollards and access-control systems at project sites.
Coordinate and monitor technicians, electricians and other site workers.
Ensure timely completion of installation, repair and maintenance work as per project requirements.
Attend breakdowns and coordinate troubleshooting and rectification at client sites.
Check proper functioning of barriers, bollards, motors, sensors, control panels and related equipment.
Maintain records of site visits, repairs, preventive maintenance and materials used.
Coordinate with clients/site representatives and report site issues to the Project Manager.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment and materials at site.
Monitor site safety and ensure work is carried out as per company procedures.
Assist in testing, commissioning and handover of completed installations.
