We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and generating quality leads through calls.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Explain our services, offers, and processes clearly.
Generate and follow up on leads through regular calls.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Schedule appointments or counselling sessions for interested customers.
Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.




Coordinate with the sales and counselling team for further follow-up.
RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi and basic English communication skills.
Confident and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM/software.
Freshers can apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
Ability to handle customers professionally and work with targets.
