Compliance Responsibility
Conduct regular audits for Project sites under various labour Laws and regulations Act
Liaise with regulatory bodies and mange inspections.
Develop and update internal compliance policies
Identify and mitigate compliance risk
Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation
Follow ups with consultant for updating the records
Follow ups with vendor for compliance documents submission.
Maintain Project bank guarantee and insurance records and follow ups with project team for renewal/amendment and cancellation
Visit site on regular basis for audit and compliance work of various location and places.
