Field Sales Executive – Blue Water

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to grow our Blue Water business in Kolkata.

Responsibilities:
Visit hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, shops and other commercial customers.
Generate recent customers and regular orders for 20L water jars.
Find and develop recent distributors in assigned areas.
Explain our distributor jar-deposit and supply system.
Follow up with distributor and customer leads and convert them into paid orders.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat orders.
Collect payments and follow up on outstanding payments.
Visit assigned areas daily and maintain proper sales records.
Achieve monthly sales and customer-acquisition targets.
Submit a daily report of visits, leads, orders,



collections and follow-ups.

Requirements:
12th pass or above.
Freshers can apply; field-sales experience is an advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with daily field visits in Kolkata.
Must be target-oriented and willing to work independently.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary: ₹10,000/month + performance incentives
