Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase patient enquiries and conversions.
Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and local marketing.
Handle and follow up with enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Convert leads into consultation appointments and procedures.
Build relationships with patients and ensure excellent customer experience.
Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team regarding consultations and procedures.
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and prepare performance reports.
Plan promotional campaigns, offers, events, and awareness activities.
Identify new business prospects and develop referral partnerships.
Manage and motivate the sales/marketing team.




Track competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in a cosmetic clinic, hospital, healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, or wellness industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of digital and social media marketing.
Target-oriented with solid lead-conversion skills.
Ability to manage a team and work independently.
Proficiency in English and Tamil preferred.
