Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and sales follow-ups.
Manage inventory, stock records, and material inward/outward entries.
Prepare customer orders and coordinate packing and dispatch.
Coordinate with courier and transport agencies.
Maintain purchase, sales, and dispatch documentation.
Support daily sales and store operations.
Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, and billing).
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Responsible for inventory accuracy and timely dispatch.
Experience in industrial electronics or electrical products will be preferred.
