Roles & Responsibilities1. Daily Travel & Customer Support
Travel within the assigned territory to attend customer complaints and provide in office technical support.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
Current Machine Installation
Perform and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines at customer locations.
Ensure proper machine functioning after installation.
Warranty & AMC/ASC Maintenance
Attend maintenance and repair requirements for machines under warranty and Annual Service Contracts (ASC).
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
Breakdown Support




Respond promptly to machine breakdown calls.
Diagnose technical issues and take appropriate corrective action to restore machine operation.
Annual Service Contract (ASC) Sales
Promote and sell Annual Service Contracts to existing and prospective customers.
Follow up with customers and achieve assigned ASC sales targets.
Pre-Sales Technical Support
Provide technical assistance during the pre-sales process.
Support the sales team with product demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer queries.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable technical solutions
