Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads and explain available courses and admission prospects.
Understand students’ educational requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with interested candidates regularly and convert leads into admissions.
Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, admission process, and payment options.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and admissions.
Handle candidate queries professionally and provide timely information.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly admission/sales targets.
Build a positive relationship with prospective students and parents.
Coordinate with the admission and counselling team for successful enrollment.
Follow up on pending payments and admission documentation when required.

Candidate Require




mentsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and comfortable speaking with students over the phone.
Basic knowledge of sales, counselling, or telecalling.
Fresher candidates with valuable communication skills can also apply.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, education counselling, or sales will be an advantage.
Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.
