Hiring: Dispatch Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Verify stock, SKU, quantity, invoices, and dispatch documents.
Coordinate with warehouse teams, transporters, drivers, and internal departments.
Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and dispatch reports.
Maintain ERP entries, dispatch registers, and pending dispatch MIS.
Monitor shipment status and resolve dispatch-related issues.

Candidate Requirements:
2–7 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, inventory management, and dispatch documentation.
Experience in textile, apparel, retail, or FMCG industries preferred.
Solid coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
