About the Role:

We are looking for a Client Success Executive who will be responsible for managing client communication, onboarding, coordination, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition after deal closure.
Act as a communication link between clients, sales, and internal teams.
Coordinate project execution, regular follow-ups, and timely service delivery.
Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Maintain client records, onboarding updates, and regular reports.
Follow up with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.




Identify potential upselling prospects and communicate them to the concerned team.

Requirements:
0–1 year of experience in Client Servicing, Client Success, Customer Support, or a similar role.
Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills can also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and solid ownership.
