Role: HR Recruiter

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Experience: Freshers to 1 Year (0–1 Year)

Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday

Location: Rama Road, Kirti Nagar, Recent Delhi
Job Role & ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and source potential candidates using job portals, social media, and qualified networks.
Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and shortlist matching profiles.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate tracking records in MS Excel/HR database.
Onboarding Support: Assist in candidate follow-ups, document collection,



and initial onboarding procedures.
Key Requirements & SkillsEducation: Any Graduate / Post Graduate (BBA, MBA, B.Com, BA or equivalent preferred).
Experience: Open to freshers; prior experience in HR or recruitment is an added advantage.
Communication: Valuable spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and online job platforms.
Interpersonal Skills: Good multi-tasking skills, structured follow-up, and candidate handling.
