Job Summary

As a Production Engineer at Fuller Technologies Cement India LLP, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Job Responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
Lead and supervise production teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective people management.
Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within production processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth and integrated operations.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.




Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the manufacturing facility.

Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field).
Proven experience in manufacturing operations and production processes.
Solid understanding and experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Demonstrated ability in people management, including leading and engaging teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
