Shift Model: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (Supporting high-availability global systems)n

nPosition Overview
nIn this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the stability and health of Walmart’s global technology infrastructure. Working in our state-of-the-art Control Room, you will oversee and monitor over 250,000 daily batch jobs,



manage z/OS mainframe environments, handle job abends via Control-M , and resolve incidents in ServiceNow following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
nWhat We Are Looking For:
n
n
1–3 years of experience in technology operations, control room, or mainframe system administration.n
Hands-on familiarity with mainframe environments (z/OS) and basic JCL concepts.n
Experience with job scheduling and workload automation tools (specifically Control-M ).n
Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for incident logging and ticket management.n
Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced 24x7 rotational shift setting.n
