Basic Technical Support experience is mandatory.n
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.n
Knowledge in SAAS.n

Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a focus on first-call resolution.n
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.n
