nJob Summary
nMNR College of Pharmacy is seeking an experienced and academically accomplished Professor to contribute to teaching, research, academic administration, student development, and institutional growth. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of relevant academic experience, hold a Ph.D. in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences, and demonstrate a solid record of teaching, research publications, academic leadership, and professional development.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Teaching & Academic Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality lectures, practical sessions, tutorials, and seminars for undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy students.n
Develop and update course content, lesson plans, teaching materials, and laboratory activities.n
Implement innovative and student-centered teaching methodologies.n




Conduct internal assessments, examinations, evaluations, and academic reviews.n
Mentor students in academic, skilled, and career-related matters.n
Guide students in projects, dissertations, internships, and research activities.n

Lead and undertake independent and collaborative research in the area of specialization.n
Publish research findings in reputed national and international peer-reviewed journals.n
Guide Ph.D., postgraduate, and undergraduate research projects, as applicable.n
Develop research proposals and seek funding from government and other recognized funding agencies.n
Encourage interdisciplinary research and collaboration with academic institutions and industry.n
Participate in national and international conferences, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programmes.n
Support the development of patents, copyrights, publication
