Kitchen Operations: Manage mise en place, inventory, and workflow in the dim sum section.n
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.n

Proven experience as a Dim Sum Chef in fine-dining or luxury restaurants.n
Strong knowledge of traditional techniques and up-to-date adaptations.n
Culinary certification or equivalent qualified training preferred.n
