Kitchen Operations: Manage mise en place, inventory, and workflow in the dim sum section.

Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Dim Sum Chef in fine-dining or luxury restaurants.
