This leadership role involves driving revenue, developing high-performing sales teams, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth for Low Voltage Switchgear products across the assigned territory
/n
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
/n
Develop market expansion strategies and increase customer acquisition
/n
Execute business development and marketing initiatives to grow market share
/n
Lead key customer engagements, project discussions, and technical presentations
/n
Monitor sales performance, team productivity, and business KPIs
/n
/n
Qualifications
/n
/n
10–20 years of experience in Sales,
with at least 5 years in team management
/n
Proven experience in Industrial Switchgear or Electrical products sales
/n
Robust understanding of regional markets and customer dynamics
/n
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
/n
/n
