Role Overview: We are looking for a highly hands-on Backend Developer with 7–9 years of experience in Golang and Python to design and build scalable backend systems. This role requires strong coding expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on production-grade systems. You will be actively involved in writing clean, productive code, designing APIs, and contributing to system architecture for high-performance applications.

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs
/n
Write high-quality, production-ready code in Golang and Python
/n
Build scalable and reliable systems with a focus on performance and efficiency
/n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
/n
Debug,
optimize, and improve existing systems
/n
Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability
/n
/n
Strong hands-on experience in Go programming
/n
Deep understanding of: Goroutines and concurrency patterns Channels and synchronization (mutexes, wait groups, etc.)
/n
Proven experience in building backend services or microservices using Go
/n
Strong coding skills with emphasis on: Performance optimization
/n
Error handling Writing clean, maintainable code
/n
Good understanding of REST API design
/n
Familiarity with gRPC and Prometheus (valuable to have, not mandatory)
/n
Python Solid experience in backend development using Python
/n
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as: Django / Django REST Framework Flask FastAPI
/n
Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
/n
Strong understanding of: Database design
