We are looking for a business builder — not simply an account manager.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a results-focused position with responsibility for accelerating the growth of RSR Global's recruitment, training, education and franchise business.
The successful candidate will take ownership of new business acquisition, B2 B partnerships, franchise development and key account growth, while helping strengthen our international commercial presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, approach and secure new B2 B clients and strategic partners Generate and convert qualified sales prospects into revenue Develop and expand our franchise and associate partner network Build relationships with employers, businesses, institutions and international partners Manage and grow existing accounts and identify opportunities for further business Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and Service Level Agreements Maintain a solid and measurable sales pipeline Use Linked In, CRM systems, databases, networking and digital channels to generate opportunities Produce accurate sales forecasts, pipeline report
