Role Description The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a full time, in office role based at the Sanjeevan For Perfect Eyesight Eye Clinic in Chembur. The CMO will lead the overall marketing vision and strategy, develop comprehensive marketing plans, and oversee brand positioning for local and international markets.



Day-to-day responsibilities include directing market research initiatives, managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and guiding public relations activities to strengthen the clinic’s reputation and outreach. The CMO will collaborate closely with senior leadership and clinical teams to align marketing objectives with business goals, support patient acquisition and retention, and ensure consistent messaging across digital and offline platforms. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing marketing budgets, and mentoring a small marketing and sales team.

Qualifications
• Strong marketing strategy and leadership capabilities, including Market Planning and Marketing Management skills.
• Ability to conduct and interpret Market Research to identify opportunities, patient needs, and competitive trends.
• Experience in Public Relations, brand communication, and reputation management
