Required Qualifications & Experience
• CA (Chartered Accountant) preferred. CMA or MBA Finance with solid relevant experience may also be considered.
• 12–18 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably within IT services, IT consulting, technology, or other qualified services organizations.
• Strong understanding of project-based revenue models, resource utilization, project costing, and contract profitability.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Robust knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, statutory compliance, and accounting standards.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and management reporting tools
