About The Role
Intech Developers is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead the sales function and drive business growth across its real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the overall sales team and sales operations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance and drive the team towards consistent results.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop lead conversion and follow-up strategies.
• Monitor the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer behaviour.
• Identify recent business opportunities and potential markets.




• Coordinate with marketing and other internals teams to support lead generations and conversions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
• Coach, mentor, motivate the sales team.

Key Requirements
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Experience in sales leadership and team management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive understanding of sales strategy and client management.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Targeted-oriented approach with focus on business growth.
