Position: General Manager
Location: Goa | Industry: Hospitality
We are looking for a commercially driven and result-oriented General Manager to lead our Goa property and drive revenue, profitability, occupancy and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Drive Revenue, Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR & GOP
Develop Sales & Revenue Growth strategies
Generate business from Corporate, MICE, Weddings, Groups, Travel Trade & Leisure
Build strong relationships with key clients and business partners
Lead Sales & Marketing with transparent targets and accountability




Drive cost control, guest experience and overall profitability

REQUIREMENTS
12–18 years of Hospitality experience
Strong background in Hotel/Resort Sales, Revenue & Business Development
Experience as GM / Resort Manager / DOS / DOSM preferred
Strong Goa market network will be an advantage
Commercial mindset with robust leadership and business development skills
