We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to work closely with the Director and drive cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, HR, Sales, and Operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with solid execution capabilities who can manage multiple priorities, streamline processes, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support

• Partner with the Director to develop and execute business strategies.
• Track organizational goals, KPIs, and performance metrics across departments.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for leadership decision-making.
Marketing

• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for branding and promotions.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Sales

• Assist in sales planning, pipeline tracking, and target achievement.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor sales performance data and generate actionable insights.




Human Resources (HR)

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Help implement HR policies, performance management, and training programs.
• Act as a bridge between employees and leadership.
Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure efficiency.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows and ensure timely execution.
Project Management

• Lead and manage cross-departmental projects.
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Facilitate communication between teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
