Role Description This is a full time Real Estate Team Leader and Sales Manager role with a monthly compensation range of 30k–60k, open only to individuals with prior real estate experience. The position is hybrid,



based in Bengaluru South, with a mix of in office client meetings, team collaboration, and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring a sales team, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to drive residential and commercial property sales. The role involves managing client relationships, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating deals, overseeing documentation, and coordinating with property owners, developers, and internal support teams. The team leader and sales manager is also expected to analyze market trends, develop sales plans, ensure high standards of customer service, and uphold Brickfolio’s values and professional ethics.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess solid experience in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, with a proven track record in sales and client management.
