Job Summary

The Store In charge / Executive will oversee the operations of the main materials storage facility, ensuring accurate inventory management, productive material flow, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams. This role is essential in supporting uninterrupted production while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily stock checks and prepare detailed reports on material shortages, discrepancies, and inventory status.
• Issue materials against approved departmental requests while ensuring accurate and real-time updates in the ERP system.
• Coordinate closely with production and purchasing teams to ensure smooth and effective inventory movement.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials in line with FIFO (First In,
