We are looking for an IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter with strong knowledge of technology hiring. The role involves hiring technical specialists directly for our organization as well as managing recruitment mandates for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand technical requirements and screen candidates based on skills, experience, project exposure, and role fit .
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels .
Work on profiles across technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Pega, Testing, and other IT positions .
Conduct initial technical/functional screening and assess candidates against JDs.
Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Manage candidate follow-ups, feedback, salary discussions, offer negotiation, and onboarding formalities.




Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver relevant profiles within timelines.
Manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of IT/technical profiles and technology terminologies .
Hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment .
Good knowledge of Boolean search, Naukri, LinkedIn, and candidate sourcing techniques .
Ability to understand a technical JD and identify mandatory vs. good-to-have skills .
Robust candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced recruitment environment .
