Description
We are seeking a motivated Technical Support – Voice & Chat skilled to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support through voice and chat channels, assisting customers with technical issues and inquiries.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via voice and chat.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
Assist customers with product inquiries and troubleshooting steps.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.




Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with common software applications and operating systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks.
Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting methods.
Experience with customer service or technical support roles is a plus.
Minimum 6 months of International Voice experience is mandatory.
Salary: 30 CTC / 26K in hand
Location: Manyata Tech Park
