Overview

Quickbase is seeking a Senior Analyst,



Services Operations to serve as the lead operations partner for our Professional Services organization. Your primary charter is to make services delivery repeatable and predictable, its impact on customer outcomes measurable, and its capacity planning.

You will partner with the Services leadership team to define the frameworks, metrics, and models that we use to run the business. Your work will directly shape how we measure customer time to value, how we decide where to invest in services, and how our customer success teams recommend services to customers.
