Role Description The Apparel Merchandiser is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves managing buyer communication, understanding product requirements,



and translating tech-packs and design briefs into clear manufacturing instructions. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with design, sampling, production, and quality teams; tracking timelines and approvals for patterns, samples, fits, and pre-production pieces; and ensuring accurate costings, order confirmations, and packaging details. The Apparel Merchandiser will monitor order progress, resolve issues related to fabrics, trims, and production, and support continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role also requires maintaining detailed documentation and reports to support internal teams and brand partners.
