About the role
Cool & Sorted is hiring two Business Development Associates to find, pitch and close recent clients. You will own your pipeline end to end, from first outreach to signed deal.
We are a Bengaluru content and social media studio. We grow brand pages and YouTube channels, produce content, and build our own IP, including Instagram micro-dramas and niche audience pages.

• Experience: 1–3 years in agency sales

What you'll sell
You will sell across our full offer, to brands and to sponsors:
• Brand page growth on Instagram and other social platforms, on monthly retainers
• YouTube channel growth, on monthly retainers
• Content production, as one-off or recurring projects
• Sponsorships and brand integrations in our own IP, including Instagram micro-dramas and our audience pages
What you'll do
• Build your own lead list of brands, marketing heads and founders who fit our work
• Run outreach by email, LinkedIn, calls and in-person meetings
• Understand each brand's goals and pitch the right mix of our services




• Prepare proposals and pricing with the founder, and negotiate to close
• Pitch sponsorship and integration deals for our micro-dramas and owned pages
• Hand closed clients over smoothly to our strategy and production team
• Keep your pipeline updated and report progress against your targets every week

Who we're looking for
Must have
• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience at a creative, digital, social media or content agency
• A record of closing deals yourself, not only generating leads
• Based in Bengaluru and able to work from our office full-time
• Transparent, confident spoken and written English
Valuable to have
• Existing contacts with D2C, F&B;, consumer or entertainment brands
• Experience selling influencer, branded content or sponsorship deals
• A real interest in Instagram and YouTube content and what makes it work
Compensation

Fixed CTC of ₹4,80,000 a year, plus a 10% i
