Role Description This is a full time, in office Key Account Manager role based in Lucknow.



The Key Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including dealers and other automotive partners, ensuring alignment with CarDekho’s business objectives. Responsibilities include developing account plans, monitoring performance metrics, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance to deliver solutions. The role involves regular review meetings with clients, resolving escalations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and providing data-driven insights to improve account performance. The Key Account Manager will also contribute to local market strategies, support new initiatives, and maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.
