About the role
You will build our premium project furniture business across India, Nepal, Bhutan and the Middle East, from the ground up.
Architects, designers and hotel groups in your network are specifying furniture from local suppliers and importers. You will put Foshan's best factories in front of them, win the specification and close the order. India is the core market. The Middle East and the Himalayan markets are yours to open.
You own the relationship and the deal. Our team in China handles production, quality control and shipping, so your time goes to clients, not logistics.
You report directly to our Partners & Operations Head.

Who you'll sell to
• Architecture and interior design firms
• Hotels, resorts and FF&E; procurement teams
• End project buyers: developers, corporates and private owners of high-end projects
Premium, specification-led projects only. No volume or retail business.

What you'll do
• Win and close current project business across four markets
• Get Fortune specified on architect and designer projects
• Lead pricing and negotiation through to a confirmed order




• Bring key clients to Foshan for factory and showroom visits, and turn those visits into orders
• Build repeat and referral business in every market

What we need
• 8+ years of sales experience in project furniture
• An active network among architects, designers, hotel groups, FF&E; buyers or project owners in India
• A proven record of closing high-value projects
• Confidence with senior decision-makers
• Solid English and Hindi
• Willingness to travel, including to China and the Middle East

A plus
• Hospitality or luxury furniture and FF&E; experience
• Contacts in the UAE, Middle East, Nepal or Bhutan
• Experience with imported furniture or Chinese manufacturers
