About the Role
DPSM & Co., Chartered Accountants is looking for a Compliance Officer – Corporate & ROC Matters to join our Kochi team.
The role is suited for a candidate having practical knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, MCA/ROC filings and corporate secretarial compliances. The selected candidate will work on corporate compliance assignments for a diverse portfolio of clients and coordinate with the firm's professional team.
Key Responsibilities
Incorporation of Private Limited Companies, OPCs, LLPs and other entities
Preparation and filing of MCA/ROC forms
Annual ROC filings including AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A and related forms
Compliance relating to Rights Issue, Share Allotment and transfer/transmission of shares
Increase and alteration of Authorised Share Capital
Appointment,
resignation and change of Directors/KMP
Preparation of Board Meeting and General Meeting Notices, Agenda, Minutes and Resolutions
Maintenance and updating of statutory registers and corporate records
Compliance relating to strike-off of Companies and LLPs
DIN, DSC and other MCA-related compliances
Event-based filings under the Companies Act, 2013
Monitoring statutory due dates and ensuring timely completion of assignments
Coordinating with clients for documents, information and approvals required for filings
Assisting the skilled team in corporate law and Companies Act matters
Maintaining proper documentation and compliance records for assignments handled
Preferred Qualification
CS / CS Professional / CS Executive / candidates pursuing Company Secretaryship will be given preference.
