About the Role

Datafuel is a marketplace growth platform serving 200+ brands in India. We are hiring a hands-on Founding GTM Leadto build our international sales function from scratch.
You will own the entire journey—from defining the GTM strategy and generating leads to conducting discovery calls, demonstrating the platform, negotiating, and closing customers. Once the process becomes repeatable, you will help hire and train the sales team.

Responsibilities & Requirements• Build and execute the overseas GTM strategy, identifying priority markets, customer segments, and decision-makers.
• Personally run cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach using tools such as Apollo and Sales Navigator.
• Own discovery calls, product demos, follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
• Establish the CRM, pipeline reporting, sales scripts, SOPs, and playbooks needed to scale.
• Bring 2–4 years of relevant B2B SaaS experience,



including building GTM from scratch or growing an early-stage sales function.
• Demonstrate a proven end-to-end sales track record and measurable revenue growth in the US or Europe, including experience with 0→1 and 1→10 startup growth.
• Be comfortable working independently, with robust communication skills and direct accountability for revenue.
• Be willing to work during US business hours, including evening or late-night hours in India, as required for outreach, discovery calls, product demos, and closing discussions.
• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or e-commerce technology is preferred.
