Role Overview
We are looking for a B2B Sales skilled with minimum 3 years of experience in the FinTech ecosystem to drive enterprise sales and business growth.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, managing the sales cycle, and converting opportunities into successful business engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities across Banks and NBFCs .

Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in banks and NBFCs.

Understand customer business requirements and map them to Ebitaus products and solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiation and closure.

Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demos.

Work closely with Product and Technology teams to prepare proposals and solution responses.





Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Prepare proposals, commercial discussions and follow-ups with prospective clients.

Track market trends, competitor offerings and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales.

Experience working in FinTech companies.

Solid understanding of BFSI processes, products and technology solutions.

Existing relationships/network with banking and NBFC decision-makers will be an advantage.

Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to conduct product demonstrations and business discussions with senior stakeholders.

Robust lead generation, pipeline management and closure skills.

Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
