Role Description The Assistant General Manager Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for uPVC profiles, windows, and doors. This full-time, in office role based in Kolkata involves managing key client relationships, identifying recent business opportunities, and overseeing sales targets across assigned regions.



Day-to-day activities include planning and executing sales strategies, conducting client meetings and product presentations, coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The role also includes preparing sales reports, forecasting demand, supporting channel partners, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Assistant General Manager Sales will collaborate closely with senior leadership to contribute to strategic decisions and long-term business development.
