Role Description This full time, in office Guest Service Associate role is based in Mumbai and supports the delivery of exceptional guest experiences at Soulinaire events. The Guest Service Associate greets guests, assists with seating and event flow, responds to inquiries, and ensures that guests’ needs are anticipated and addressed promptly. The role involves coordinating with culinary and operations teams, managing reservations and guest lists, and maintaining accurate records of guest preferences and event details.



Day-to-day responsibilities also include handling guest feedback, upholding brand service standards, and ensuring all touchpoints reflect Soulinaire’s luxury hospitality. The Guest Service Associate is expected to maintain a professional appearance, follow established protocols, and actively contribute to a welcoming, organized, and guest-focused environment.
Qualifications

• Robust Guest Services and Guest Service skills, with a focus on luxury hospitality and personalized attention.
• Customer Service experience, including managing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Reservations management skills, including handling bookings, guest lists, and event-related documentation.
• Clear and skilled Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse guests and colleagues.
