Role Description This is a full time, in office Team Member – Compounding role based at the Plastics Division in Coimbatore. The role involves operating and monitoring compounding equipment for plastic materials,



preparing raw materials according to specified formulations, and ensuring consistent batch quality. A team member will follow production schedules, record process parameters, and support routine machine changeovers and basic maintenance checks. The role includes maintaining safety and cleanliness in the work area, adhering to quality standards and documentation procedures, and collaborating with supervisors and colleagues to meet production targets. The team member will also assist in troubleshooting process issues, reporting deviations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in the compounding process.

• Knowledge of plastic materials and basic understanding of compounding processes, including handling additives and masterbatches.
