As the Head of Cloud Experience, you will lead the transformation of cloud infrastructure management through self-service, automation, and AI-driven experiences. You will define and execute the future operating model where cloud services are delivered through intelligent platforms, automation, and agentic capabilities, enabling a shift from human-executed to human-supervised cloud operations. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive innovation, simplify cloud consumption, and create scalable experiences that improve productivity, governance, and operational excellence across a global multi-cloud setting.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Cloud Experience Strategy & Vision

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide Cloud Experience strategy and roadmap.
• Establish a unified Cloud Experience Platform that enables self-service cloud provisioning, automation, AI copilots, and agentic workflows.
• Drive the evolution of cloud operations from manual execution toward AI-enabled, human-supervised operating models.

Cloud Self-Service Platform Leadership





• Lead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of the cloud portal, service catalog, and developer experience.
• Simplify cloud provisioning, governance, lifecycle management, and operational processes across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Ensure platform capabilities meet business, engineering, and operational requirements at scale.

AI-Powered Cloud Operations

• Introduce and scale conversational AI, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation across cloud operations.
• Enable AI-assisted provisioning, remediation planning, capacity management, operational insights, and service management.
• Implement appropriate human oversight, approval workflows, and accountability mechanisms for AI-driven actions.

Agentic Infrastructure Enablement

• Build and maintain the operational foundation required for agentic cloud management.
• Establish service catalogs, dependency maps, telemetry framew
